Drake is known to have a few die-hard fans around the world.

Some even went so far as to have his name tattooed on their foreheads. Today, the Toronto rapper is named in a multi-billion dollar lawsuit by a woman who made headlines by breaking into his property.

As a reminder

In April 2017, Collins broke into Drake’s Hidden Hills mansion and picked up several items, including soda and water. She was arrested while wearing one of her hoodies, claiming that she was allowed to be inside the residence. Drake did not choose to press charges in the case, claiming Collins suffered from “mental health issues.”

According to Radar Online, Mesha Collins sues Drizzy for $ 4 billion, for defamation and accuses him of using his name and image in ”  defamatory matters  ” by releasing music, posting on Instagram and supporting products whose names violated her privacy by revealing to the whole world where she lived. “

Drake wants the case dismissed

The Certified Lover Boy rapper and his attorney want the case dismissed because the rapper claims not only did he not know Collins, but he was not aware of her existence until the complaint be filed. His lawyer claims that the trial is a ploy put in place by the complainant to get closer to the rapper.

Collins is the second woman to find herself embroiled in the courts in a case with similar parameters. In March, a woman was arrested outside her Toronto mansion after being confronted by security guards and hitting one of them with a pipe. Toronto Police later discovered she had a knife on her, although she was not near the main entrance to the Toronto property known as The Embassy.

“An adult woman carrying a knife was arrested,” a Toronto police source told The Sun. “  She failed to enter the property and there were no injuries. It is not known exactly what she was doing in the residence, but she did not have any communication with the owner. “
