Kid Cudi announces that his debut mixtape, “A Kid Named Cudi ,” will hit streaming services later this month.

It was through a series of tweets that the Cleveland native broke the news to the public. His first mixtape will be available later this month on download platforms. He also revealed that ”The Boy Who Flew To The Moon Vol. 1” will arrive this Friday, July 8th . This work would be a compilation of his greatest hits.

“8 July ‘The Boy Who Flew To The Moon Vol. 1’ (Best of)” , announced Cudi . “July 15 ‘A Kid Named Cudi’. I love you. You are welcome.” He added in another post: “’A Kid Named Cudi’ was released on July 17, 2008. This official release takes place two days before the 14th anniversary. I’m so excited that you can all enjoy it again, remastered, with all the tracks that made people fans from the start. I also made a new intro”.

Cudi has also confirmed that the new project will be available on vinyl. The artwork for The Boy Who Flew To The Moon Vol. 1 will arrive on Tuesday, and the full list of titles will be released on Wednesday. These new projects precede Cudi ‘s highly anticipated eighth studio album , ”Entergalactic” . It will serve as a trailer for the series of the same name on which he is working.
