King Combs revisits Debarge’s A dream by doing drill music

Sharing is caring!

King Combs allowed himself since Cash Cobain authorized it. Diddy’s son had fun teasing an old track which he improved the beat to his liking. A taste that did not necessarily please everyone.

It might sound like something already heard for the elders but it is a revisited version with musical drill. Debarge’s A Dream track served as a background instrumental for King combs who practiced on it replacing the mellow vocals of vocals with his vocals and rap.

The version of A dream made by King Combs

The freestyle is accompanied by a video. At first, we see the rapper waking up from his sleep. Without transition, he is already seated in front of a piano that he pretends to support. Apart from the background music which has remained the same, this version saw the addition of bass to get the audience moving. During the clip, the rapper rapped showing himself at his ease for this exercise. We see him showcasing his rapping skills without forgetting his basketball skills.

The video was shot in a house which has a basketball court on which Diddy’s son can be seen playing a little.

The video also took into account some of the artist’s performances of the year during his tours. We also see the rapper with studio equipment on site without forgetting a few friends who keep him company. Like any star, the rapper showed his taste for luxury with a beautiful box that he drove and also a luxury accessory that he wore on his neck and arm.

Mixed reactions

This release of King Combs has not necessarily been emulated. Some have appreciated freestyle by calling freestyle a good job and an enduring work. Others bluntly judged the sloppy work, taking King Combs as a good example of proof that not everyone can do Drill Music.

Whatever anyone says, King continues on his way and he might be able to check back soon. This outing was not trivial.

Here are some lyrics to judge for yourself the quality of the song:

Shorty wanna hang out with me

Rich young

Nigga on the spot and the gang with me Bad little bitty, Richard Mille cost about $ 850,000

You can spend the night but no girl you can’t stay with me

Best game with your pussy, baby you can’t play with me
